  2. Why would a marketer add an app? They help you understand your buyers and easily bring third-party data into Eloqua that will make your marketing campaigns, nurturing flows, lead scoring or communication efforts more relevant and impactful.
    For example, you can integrate valuable data from a wide range of services and applications, such as insightful data about attendees from a recent webcast or scanning for bad email address/data held within your Eloqua database.   5. How much do connectors cost? They are free to use by all customers. Please note that depending on the connectors you choose to use within your marketing, you may be required to pay additional fees to the 3rd party (such as Data.com or Webex) for access to their service. Eloqua is not involved in that process, and as an Eloqua customer, you must contract directly with the partner to take advantage of their services. You will also find some add-on apps within Eloqua AppCloud. There is a nominal per seat/year fee that is associated with using the Eloqua for Sales appsthat can be added on to an new or existing contracts. Please contact your account manager for additional details.

  6. I am a client, how do I add an app to my Eloqua instance? All Eloqua clients, regardless of product version/level, can use Cloud Connectors; you must however, have access to the Eloqua API enabled (no cost) by calling customer support. To use Cloud Connectors, please visit https://cloudconnectors.eloqua.com to sign up. From there, you can easily configure the connectors you would like to use or do so via Program Builder with the Eloqua platform.
